Wondrous bird! The tether is the only clue as to why it is not perched in a tree someplace, looking for it's next meal. Perhaps the tether could also mean it will not lack for it's next meal too....

F+1 I had one fly over me in Spain once and they are enormous. Beautiful birds their call is a oooo oooo oooo
