Trogon - The generic name for various large and colorful birds of the family Trogonidae that inhabit tropical and subtropical areas of the Western Hemisphere. Two species, Eared Trogon and Elegant Trogon, migrate to the higher mountains of southeast Arizona during the summer nesting season.
