I consider this photo to be a bit of a bonus. I was busy taking photos of a uniquely striped sky when I heard a goose honking. I turned and saw it standing on this building. I tried to get a photo of it standing there but it took off before I could do so. This is the only shot of it that I got.

Wild geese returning? Nice moment!

Last week I had a large flock of birds (not sure what they were) flying over my house, and they were very noisy. I was so pleased to have eyewitness something so spectacular, but my camera was inside..., drat!
