I was sitting on a bench at the local dog park. I happened to see a cardinal fly into this tall tree. Immediately I started snapping pictures of him.
I took as many shots as I could because I knew many of them would not come out well. The tree leaves were blowing in the breeze and the cardinal was hopping all over the place! I didn't know if I'd get a decent shot of him at all, but I had to try.
Suddenly he started to fly to a higher place in the tree. I got to snap one last picture. It turned out to be the best shot that I got of him.
You can see the flashy red cardinal in the middle of the wallpaper. I'm thrilled that I was able to get this shot of him in action.
