Cat Poetry

Cats are Wonderful Friends

Gentle eyes that see so much,
paws that have the quiet touch,
Purrs to signal "all is well"
and show more love than words could tell.
Graceful movements touched with pride,
a calming presence by our side -
A friendship that takes time to grow -

Small wonder why we love them so.

I so love this poem and wanted to dedicate
it to my precious feline Dulcinea Sweet Pea
(1992 - 2011).

Pretty Kitty and red roses for my friend
carmenmbonilla looks so much like the
beautiful Dulcinea, I miss her so much!

Special People

My dearest friend Jasenka,

When special people touch our lives,
then suddenly we see
How wonderful and beautiful
our world can really be

They show us how our hopes and dreams
can take us very far
By helping us to look inside
and believe in who we are

They bless us with their joy and love
in everything they give
When special people touch our lives
they teach us how to live

Our Dearest Jasenka, thank you
for touching my life with friendship.
We love you Carmen, Picasso & Pasha
