I don't know if you're aware of this or not, but the govt. just passed a bill to reopen the horse slaughter houses in the USA. In two or three months they are going to start slaughtering horses in this country again, as well as exporting them to Canada and Mexico for slaughter. Between those three countries that will roughly amount to hundreds of thousands of horses being killed a year. I am besides my over this, my soul feels as if it's dying. I've gotten 8 petitions signed against it so far, but believe it or not, it's been like pulling teeth to get even that many. Elections are coming up soon, and I'm sure if we can gather enough signatures, we can get the govt. to reverse this bill. So I'm hoping that you guys could take a half a minute from your day to sign the petition for the horses, It won't take any longer than that to sign it. (I've timed it)Think about it.
