Lacewing Butterflies are an excellent beneficial insect. They feed on aphids, whitefly, thrips, spidermites, leafhoppers, scale crawlers, and much more. Lacewing Butterflies are slow flying, largely nocturnal, and can lay up to 1000 eggs in a 4-6 week period. They work well in greenhouses, and other humid growing environments.
