I remember my parents having a small brass recreation of these three monkeys. Now I think that every workplace should have this on the wall - in clear view of all.

I think this picture shows a Japanese philosophy about "three wise monkeys" (Sanzaru), from left is Iwazaru, Mizaru and Kikazaru. They try to remind humans to keep good speech, mind and action in life.
