It was a crisp morning and the deer were on the move. I sat high in the Oak tree waiting for the bruzier, I despertatly wanted to come out into the open. The wind was in my favor. The buck stood near the scrape smelling the aroma of the Misses I left on the Maple. He swung his horn's and stomped his hoof to warn off any other. Finally, the old man was fixed on me. I quietly stood still then gave a maaa, the brute stood motionless smelling the air. Suddenly, he was on the move right for my stand. I slowly drew my bow awaiting his arrival. Three yard's from the stand he fell. I hurrily rushed down the tree to the forest floor to collect my trophy. To my suprise, when I was about three feet away from him, he got up and ran deep into the forest, he was truely the one that got away! Brutal Pic!!!
