There may be branches of a fur-tree behind this cat, but this kitty certainly is not in a tree.

This cat is sitting on a portion of something (of cement), maybe a small wall; it has some kind of wide pillar.

Anyway, the wallpaper title needs to be revised a bit.
Each person when placing a wallpaper should carefully study it before giving it a title. So many are done in haste.
