Moon Shot!
This is a Peregrine Falcon NOT an Eagle! The wing span and heft are a dead give away. Either way it's a gorgeous image and looks like he's landing on the lunar surface. Very sharp resolution too.

its beautiful but come on i would think all the people here would know that this is sooooo a peregrine falcon thats sooooooo NOT a eagle!!!!!!!!

It is a Kestrel to be exact, kind of the midpoint between a hawk and a falcon, but much closer to falcon than hawk. NOT even close to being an eagle, not by over 10 POUNDS and 3 feet. lol
