Hilarious how ignorant you people are. First off, all snakes are venomous, not poisonous. You should possibly invest in a dictionary and look at the difference so you don't look like idiots. Secondly, that snake is NOT venomous. That is a Green Tree Python, most likely female and at least slightly photoshopped. While they DO get that blue (and even more blue than that) their eyes aren't usually red. Most snakes with red eyes are albino or hypomelanistic. Green Tree Pythons can be blue as a naturally occurring color, and it is bred for in the reptile industry. Almost ALL female green tree pythons get at least slightly blue when they're ovulating or gravid, and they tend to keep that blue, growing bluer with every ovulation. Some old blue line females are FAR bluer than this picture.

Regardless of how it gets there this snake is a poison producer but, if they so choose to bite it ain't going to be pretty and could be a tad suffocating. Ever since this pic hit Desktop my curiosity has been up. The snake is a tree python and yes it could be blue but this one most likely isn't. I have found this picture with the same background in blue as you see here and yellow, orange, pale green, magenta, and purple. As for the red eyes it could be an albino but even that is very questionable. This is a beautiful snake and they can actually be sweet natured and amazing for education with kids.
Don't take away the beauty that they are to make them something they aren't.

True infact NO SNAKE IS POISONOUS
There are Venomous snakes NO Poisonous, common misconception but the difference is in how the toxin is delivered..poison is possibly ingested or taken into the body by touch like a poison dart frog and VENOM is injected via a stinger or fangs etc..The only possible exception to this rule of delivery is the spitting cobra they actually spit venom so it doesnt have to be directly delivered as the afore mention. That snake in the picture was a Chondro a brilliantly colorful type snake, likely a green tree python before it was photoshopped they can actually be blue I think largely thanks to Greg Maxwell a Chondro long time breeder..There are both green tree pythons and boas but looking at the nostrils on this one I'd say python in this case. The image was photoshopped as the hues have been adjusted and the eye color altered I don't believe there are any Chondros with eyes that red..www.treknature.com/gallery/photo157002.htm
